Built around 1930? in Tudor revivalist style

Inhabitants

120 East Park Road is the "tiny Tudor" of Llanerch. It is miniature compared to the other, older Tudor estates of Llanerch but it is nevertheless endearing in its mimicking masonry of older styles (highlighted by its built-in arch on the left side of the home) and miniature plating ornamentation on its right gable. Despite its small stature, the back of the home is breathtaking in its open, forested yard, back deck, and pool, which are private and secluded.

History

Zillow lists the home as being built in 1930, and I kind of believe them. It's absent from the 1929 map of Haverford Township, and it's also absent from the 1930 census.

1950 census: Meter tester Ausbert is living with his wife.

Ausbert died later that year, and the house was sold sometime before 1962 to the Mulhern family. The Mulherns, along with neighboring Forrests, sued Eugene Crown Realty for damaging their homes during blasting operations.

Howard Mulhern sues

The home was probably sold to the Hossacks in 1975, and was sold to Gerard Gavin in 2007 for $286,000. In 2015, the home was sold again for $300,000.
